OMG! I canNOT say enough about how yummy this was last night. DD nearly finished an entire chicken breast done like this with no complaining. I was scooping up the extra sauce on my plate with my bread, and was practically licking the pan. I made up 4 extra servings and froze them on a greased cookie sheet, then popped them into a labeled bag for an elegant dinner another night. This was incredibly easy to do, and tasted incredibly delicious. I think I would rather stuff my freezer full of this than Bacon-Wrapped Chicken – much easier.
It’s not uber cheap, but still cheaper than going out at $1.63 per serving. Plus salad and bread, $2 total cost per serving.
Into the freezer went 4 prepped Pesto Chicken breasts.
