The Scramble, Week 1 Menu and Shopping

So far, The Six o’Clock Scramble is definitely getting higher marks than Relish! did.  The grocery list app worked great in the store (no frustrating server issues!), and my total for the week was more in line with our “normal” shopping: $118.24.  As usual, I took out the bathroom supplies and pet food, but left in full containers of seasonings and condiments that will last weeks, as well as the additional rack of baby back ribs I bought for the freezer because they were on sale.

Breakfasts:
Sausage and Pear Muffins
Cinnamon Flop
Scrambled Eggs, with sausage, peppers, onions, and potatoes
Overnight Oatmeal
End of the Week Smoothies

Lunches:
Mini Philly Cheesesteaks
Middle Eastern Pitas
Garlic Herb Farfalle
Bean Quesadillas
Taco Bagel Bites (from the freezer)

Dinners:
Moo Shu Veggie Wraps
Baby Back Ribs
Spinach and Feta Frittata
Pizza Night
Tuna Salad Stuffed Avocados

Sounds pretty good, doesn’t it? I am intrigued by the tuna stuffed avocados and hopeful for the frittata. Oh, and you’re not gonna believe the rolls I got for the cheesesteaks! So cute, you’ll swear I have gone back to my kawaii bento days . . .
