We went out for pizza with Grandma for lunch.
Dinner was pasta with red sauce pulled from the freezer, and lightly sautéed asparagus with lemon. With no box this week, I’m using one of my favorite cookbooks, Wildly Affordable Organic, for meal planning. And actually, as I was looking over the Spring Menus, I noticed that a lot of the ingredients would work for the boxes I’ve been getting lately: Swiss chard, mustard greens, carrots, etc. I haven’t seen any asparagus at our farmers market, though, but strawberries just dropped their price by half – a sure sign of Spring!
