Monday, goodbye greens

Breakfast and lunch was pulled from the freezer, but dinner is my new favorite way of eating greens: 

 Mmmmmmmmm, creamed. This time, it was collards, kale, and mustard greens. I know it was done right when my daughter asks longingly if she can finish up the rest – right out of the baking dish! I told her she had to put into her plate, but she did scrape the dish pretty darn clean. Served with fresh butter beans cooked all day long with some chicken sausage over rice. A very delicious, very Southern kind of a dinner. 🙂

Out of the box:

  • Collards (all gone!)
  • Kale (all gone!)
  • Mustard greens (all gone!)
  • Butter beans (all gone!)
